Best Practices: Group Names

Only group members can access group content, but group names, their organization and a short description are public for all AmperVue users to search for. When a user finds a group he/she are not members of, the group page will simply show the group name, group logo, organization, and description, and of course, a button to request membership.  

It is therefore recommended that you use the full name for the group, and set the proper organization. It is common for youth soccer teams to similar team names, and that is OK. By assigning an organization, you allow people to make sure people to find the team they want.
